Staff
At the heart of Lledr Hall is the staff team. We all work hard to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere whether you’re in the Centre or at the top of a mountain. We believe in the importance of outdoor education and being away from home on a residential experience so we strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible with lots of new and exciting experiences.
All Lledr Hall teaching staff are qualified teachers with the relevant National Governing Body qualifications for the activities they lead. We carry out on going professional development in house and through recognised training and qualification schemes. We believe that it is important that we are qualified and competent in areas such as coaching, facilitation teaching and technical instruction as well as in the soft skills needed to encourage learners and create a positive learning environment.
The teaching staff are all passionate about the adventurous activities they teach and chose to spend their free time taking part in mountain biking, climbing, white water kayaking and surfing.
All staff at Lledr Hall are first aid trained, hold an advanced CRB check and have level 2 in food safety. We regularly hold whole team staff training and team building.
