Safeguarding

Lledr Hall puts the welfare of the young people visiting the Centre at the heart of its service. We have a variety of systems to ensure the smooth running of all operations at the Centre. These systems all comply with the stringent demands laid down by Salford City Council. They are all there to make sure children staying with us are well looked after, are listened to and respected.

We understand the importance of making sure the children in our care are looked after properly and the staff at the Centre work to create a welcoming and safe environment for the children, who may be away from home for the first time.

We liaise closely with school staff and parents to ensure individual needs are catered for. There is a daily meeting to discuss any changes or new requirements so issues can be resolved without delay.

All staff are DBS checked and have undergone safeguarding training. The teaching team receive on-going training in this area of our work.
